The teams (Hawks, Cranes, Dragons, Tigers) were given bamboo sticks, ropes and a block of polystyrene to build a seaworthy raft in less than 40 minutes. No instructions were given what so ever. Teams then launched their rafts in the sea with 2 representatives. The Dragons with Romania and Ukraine as their representatives, came up with a superior design for their raft and won.
