20 MAR 07: "Blue Ribbons" and bottle gourds

Wearing blue ribbons on their necks, the contestants participated in a Buddhist-style pledge to protect the sea and the environment. They wrote their wishes and pledges on bottle gourds and signed their names on the billboard.
